Fantaisie-Impromptu in C-Sharp Minor

The Fantaisie-Impromptu in C-sharp Minor, Op. posth. 66 is one of Frédéric Chopin's most famous and technically demanding piano works. Composed in 1834 but published only after the composer's death, it combines the spontaneity of an impromptu with the dramatic scope of a fantasy. Although Chopin himself chose not to publish the work during his lifetime, it has become one of the cornerstones of the Romantic piano repertoire.
