Terms of Service

1. Operator

Pianisso is operated by SB Media OG, Schareckstraße 3, 5640 Bad Gastein, Austria. UID: ATU82613129.

2. Account

You need an account to purchase or access digital content. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt to scrape the catalogue, or share paid content.

3. Digital goods license

When you buy or access a piece of sheet music, a book, or a bundle, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the files for personal and educational purposes: printing for your own use, performing in non-ticketed settings, and teaching individual students. You may not redistribute the files, post them publicly, resell them, or use them for commercial recordings without a separate license.

4. Membership

Memberships grant access to the library while the subscription is active. Monthly plans are capped at 60 unique PDF downloads per billing cycle (anti-abuse). Yearly and Lifetime plans are uncapped. You can cancel anytime from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and may include or exclude VAT depending on your country (calculated at checkout by Stripe Tax). Payment is due at order. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled. If your payment fails, your access may be paused until we can charge the card.

6. Withdrawal right and digital delivery

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Pianisso products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase, § 18 Abs. 1 Z 11 FAGG applies: if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal right no longer applies once delivery begins. You give this consent by checking the mandatory box at checkout. Without that consent, we cannot deliver the files.

7. Refunds

Because digital files are delivered immediately under section 6, we do not offer refunds for completed purchases. If a file is broken, the wrong file, or cannot be downloaded, please contact us — we'll fix it or replace it at no cost.

8. Content and ownership

All sheet music, books, text, images, audio, and code on Pianisso are the property of SB Media OG or our licensors, protected by copyright. Your license is limited to what section 3 grants you.

9. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or automate downloads, share your account, or upload harmful content. We may terminate accounts that do.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Pianisso is provided 'as is'. We do our best to keep it available and working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

11. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria, unless consumer protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
